RESTORATION PLAN CONTINUES TO RECIEVE ENDORSEMENTS

At it's annual meeting, April 7, 2001, in Stevens Point, the Wisconsin Wildlife Federation unanimously passed a resolution to urge the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to adopt the Friends of the Brule "Restoration Plan" for the Brule River State Forest. The Wisconsin Wildlife Federation, an affiliate of the National Wildlife Federation, is comprised of over 60 hunting and fishing clubs, bear and raccon hunters, conservation groups and trapper associations throughout the state.
